Our client - a leading multinational conglomerate is looking for a Consultant who can play a leadership role in the entire operations of our client's Foundation with active participation in fund raising, scholar engagement and stakeholder management. More precisely, the client is looking for someone to
• Prepare marketing proposal targeting donors and pitching to relevant CSR personnel
• Maintain regular relationship with Corporate donors updating on the program progress
• Build connection with students and the client's Foundation's alumni
• Refresh and maintain client's Foundation's website
• Ensure that selected NGO assisting the Foundation on student sourcing and connect is compliant with Foundation's expectation on service provided
• Prepare and make presentations to Board of Trustees and other stakeholders on periodical progress
• Provide ideas for brand campaign and marketing materials
• Provide administrative support in finalizing the short-list of students to be presented to the Foundation's Advisory Committee
• Must have experience in handling leadership role in an NGO especially in the area of Donor relationship
• Education qualification to ideally include a general management degree in Business Administration or post-graduate degree in Social Work
• Relevant work experience of around 5 years in NGO; Overall experience of around 10-15 years
• Must have leadership qualities of getting work done with limited resources and ability to work with people from different functions
• Must have excellent communication skills with strong marketing ability
