Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian conglomerate known for having a significant prominence in Indian retail and fashion sectors, with popular supermarket chains is launching a business vertical in offline advertising in Indian retail stores and is looking to engage with a Product Manager for the same.

Key Deliverables:
1. Develop and implement strategies for online/offline advertising , keeping in mind needs of the business and also features that will make the platform stay differentiated  
2. Detailing out new product features – from conceptualizing, to developing the business case to detailing out the detailed functionality  
3. Define product release timelines and testing and launch requirements, working closely with the technology team
4. Managing the tech team to ensure timely delivery
5. Building interactions and experience as reference points as well as feedback from customers and clients
6. Resolve user pain points by improving functionality and driving resolution of product issues by ensuring weekly platform testing sessions  
7. Reviewing data on a weekly basis (traffic, search etc) and identifying areas for improvement  
8. Stay abreast of what competition is doing as also products with potential synergies

Note - The project duration will be 3 months and is based in Mumbai requiring full-time support.

Skills Required

1. Combination of an understanding of technology as well as business requirements
2. Strong business, managerial and analytical skills
3. Attention to detail and ownership to ensure things get done  
4. Having prior experience with Amazon, InMobi, Flipkart , etc is preferred.  
5. Strong communication skills, and should be able to work collaboratively with the tech, marketing and operations teams
6. Must be a creative, passionate individual with a talent for research and ideation
