Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate , has an established learning academy for the various group businesses which is a critical part of the people development strategy for the conglomerate . They are looking to engage with a senior interim learning consultant for a short term project.

Responsibilities:
1. Analysing the journey of the learning programs and especially learning academy thus far
2. Looking at best practices globally and serving key lessons from them
3. Facilitating workshops/dialogues with the key stakeholders to co-create a vision for the learning program and academy for the next 3-5 years
4. Work with the stakeholders to outline how the group will get there with clear priorities and initiatives mapped out over the next few years

Skills Required

- Seasoned learning consultant with a top-tier learning institutions.
- Good understanding of the learning space and concepts/frameworks will be a
huge plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
