Our client, a leading Indian conglomerate, is looking for an independent consultant, who can deliver the following responsibilities:
- Understand the existing Development portal/system – its strengths and challenges
- Design the new interface basis principles provided by the client's team
- Work with the internal development team of the client to realize the new design
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
About the client's existing Development Portal:
The client has a system for Individual Development Planning called MDP which employees use to articulate their development goals, select the mode of learning, and lay out timelines, etc. for the year. The current system which is built on PeopleSoft is getting re-designed to be more employee-friendly and intuitive, in order to increase adoption and usage. This system will impact the user experience and L&D outcomes for 45K+ employees of the client.
- Experience in UI/UX Design
- Knowledge of HR Systems like PeopleSoft
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
