Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate are looking to engage with an Expert on Digital Learning Content. The client has an established learning academy for the various group businesses and this is a critical part of the people development strategy for the conglomerate.
The project will involve:
* Assessing how the partnerships in place for digital learning fit with the overall learning goals, and identify any gaps and/or improvement areas
* Help the group understand best practices around digital learning delivery and key metrics to track
* Work with key stakeholders in HR and business to developing a framework to
(a) assess the digital learning strategies and partnerships and
(b) enabling processed the group needs to put in place and
(c) metrics to be used to track impact
- Strong experience with implementing learning programs at large organisations is a must
- Experience with structuring and implementing digital learning solutions - either in partnership with providers or as a provider.
