Assignment Details

Our client, a leading independent child's rights NGO, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant who can help them in developing a robust HR document for the organization, keeping in mind the necessary compliance goals.

Key responsibilities:
1. Proof-read the Staff Charter
2. Developing a robust document which is aligned with the necessary statutory compliance
3. Aligning the content of the staff charter with the current updated & approved policy & procedure (especially post COVID)
4. Basis the experience & understanding, identify & recommend the areas for improvement in the staff charter in sync with sector’s best practices
5. Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements

Skills Required

- Prior experience of working in the development/non-for profit sector
- Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing such agreements and procedures
- Verbal & written communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group
- Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters
