Assignment Details

One of our portfolio companies is looking for a Consultant to help them with developing a fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities include:
1. Analysis of industry trends and competition using primary / secondary research
2. Deep dive into financial data and work with the leadership team for corporate valuation
3. Develop appropriate financial projections for the venture including pressure testing key assumptions
4. Craft and refine the investor/ pitch deck after incorporating the views of the leadership team

This is a remote role for ~1 month.

Skills Required

1. 8+ years of experience at a top tier consulting firm with exposure to M&A projects
2. Advanced business analysis and financial modelling skills
3. Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
4. Experience in formulating business strategies for startups would be a plus
