Assignment Details

A leading impact investment firm is looking to engage with a research consultant to work closely with them to develop their strategy and implementation approach for a new vertical- migration/informal economy.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Conduct secondary research based on tactical and strategic information to fulfil the requirement
- Landscape specific verticals of interest (e.g., housing, livelihoods) to understand:
* Metrics and performance on target geographies
* Map policies and programs in place, and effectiveness of those
* Identify gaps and key issues that need addressing
- Analyse information and develop synthesised documents (word, powerpoint) to capture the finds and sharing them with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team on analysis and research needed for any programmatic investments planned

The project would require fulltime, remote support for a duration of 8 weeks

Skills Required

- Extremely comfortable with secondary research and digging out data from non-obvious sources
- Good knowledge of the development and impact space
- Excellent written communication and synthesis skilled
- Prior experience in research space is a must
