Our client, a leading impact investment firm, is looking for a strategy consultant with consulting background to support them on their yearly Accountability Review for a few months.
Work Involves:
1. Working on the company's Accountability Review, which is their annual impact measurement exercise that is presented to their Board.
This will involve:
a. Aggregating data across 150+ organizations and analyzing it.
b. Communicating insights from the data through slides.
2. Working with their external survey partners.
This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 4 months.
1. Experience in working with a top-tier consultancy that demonstrates a strong strategic mindset as well as pragmatic implementation orientation
2. Varied experience of working with the private, public, and non-profit sectors
3. Experience of understanding ‘learning and impact’ in both for-profit and non-profit spaces
4. Experience in-market in India
5. Excellent analytics, communication, and project management skills
6. Ability to switch between strategic and practical thinking, with top-class project management skills
7. Fluency in various formats (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
