Assignment Details

Our client, a leading staffing and PR/media communications company, is looking to engage with an Investment Associate who can help perform due diligence and market sizing analysis, supporting the deal flow activities and pre-screening investment opportunities.

Work involves:
• Sourcing companies in the deal flow pipeline according to the company's investment thesis.
• Help source companies using online databases like tracxn etc,
• Attend and engage in pre-screening calls for prospective investment opportunities
• Assist with due diligence activities, such as conducting industry and market
research, and supporting writing due diligence reports and investment for making
decision memos
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly deal flow activities

This project requires Full-Time support for the duration of 6 months in Delhi NCR.

Skills Required

• Working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree in entrepreneurship,
business, finance, economics, investments, or other related fields
• Previous experience with market sizing, analyzing competitive landscapes,
research projects and financial modeling
• Strong interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and how a business should
effectively function
• Excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly learn how to filter start-up, pre-screen investment opportunities
• Comfortable doing market research and report ups
• Self-starter with autonomy and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong organizational and interpersonal, as well as written and verbal
communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative player
• Great guts in seeing projects through to completion
• Must be well responsive to requests and able to meet deadlines
• Flexibility with working hours
• Experience with Pitchbook or Tracxn
