Assignment Details

Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking to engage with consultant who can guide them in the manufacturing, supply chain or the production process. As well as provide some general outlook for one of their projects in the Pharma industry.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal team to detail out the specific program activities and events as per the strategic objectives of the program high-level calendar of program events
2. Identify key resources and provide the direction for meeting the project objectives
3. Manage project schedule, task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software
4. Facilitating a detailed diagnostic of plant operations
5. Review of operations and key processes based on lean manufacturing practices
6. Conduct post-activity reviews and recommend changes as necessary to increase program effectiveness
7. Prioritising improvement areas and working with the client to size potential impact and develop an implementation plan
8.Overseeing implementation of select improvement initiatives

NOTE: This project will be based in Mumbai and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Postgraduate preferred, with 15+ years of work experience preferred
2. Prior experience in carrying out end to end projects in Pharma
3. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
4. Strong people skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
