Short description of the project:
o Manage monthly training calendars
o Audit/Measure training effectiveness of all programs and take steps
to enhance ROI
o Ensure training records are maintained for all trainings conducted,
including attendance, feedback, etc.
o Update training content based on employee feedback and latest
industry trends
o Identify internal trainers and conduct TTTs for them
o Publish monthly MIS /dashboard on key metrics
Project deliverables:
o Identify training needs through multiple channels, such as
performance review, patient satisfaction score, organization context
etc.
o Design and create engaging training content based on business
needs
o Drive induction and functional /behavioral training for new center
launch; ensure new joiners understand our protocols and way of
working
o Design skill gap framework for all Centre employees, identify gaps
and define training roadmap to mitigate gaps
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder
management skills
o Candidate should be open for extensive travel
o Strong program management skills
o Should be aware of best-in-class training methodologies and tools
Minimum work experience required: 10-14 years of experience in
managing L&D function, ideally in a multi-center set-up (healthcare or
retail industries)
