Assignment Details
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking to engage with a Lead Content Developer who will be responsible for mentoring the creative team to create compelling print/digital content aligned to the business objectives and branding guidelines.
Deliverables include:
o Develop and execute innovative content ideas for different online
and offline mediums, which create a high brand recall value
o Should be able to leverage and manage different content marketing
channels (you tube channel/ad, website, DV 360 and other google
platforms)
o Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters,
social media experts, photographers/videographers in the strategic
development of messages and deliverables
o Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the
company brand image and guidelines
o Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into
compelling print materials and digital experiences for diverse
audiences
o Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception,
creation, and execution to internal stakeholders
Please note that the consultant is required to be onsite (Gurgaon) for the project duration.
Skills Required
o Degree in Communication from reputed institutes (MICA,
IIMC, Jamia, NID, Symbiosis etc.)
o Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
o Highly skilled with leading team of creative talent
o Excellent verbal, written communication, and copywriting skills
o Hands on experience with applying design, copy, or web best
practices
o Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel
marketing.
o Minimum work experience required: 10-14 years of related experience in
creative direction and content development (website, video, blogs, brand,
etc)
