Assignment Details

Our client, a health startup, is looking for independent consultants who can deliver the following responsibilities :

- Generating and managing a lead pipeline for corporate sales of Circle Health plans for
employees
- Developing an understanding of the corporate universe to identify customer needs for
different types of corporates
- Evaluating sales opportunities and business presentation for new and existing clients
- New client acquisition through consultative sales across various types of Companies
- Being the customer voice and ensuring feedback on product and service to identify new
business opportunities

Skills Required

- Great communication and presentation skills to pitch the value proposition
depending on the category of accounts
- Good networking skills with the ability to identify the accounts to be targeted,
penetrate these accounts, and establish relationships with CXO, CFO, CHRO, and VP
HRare strongly customer focused
- track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- seasoned Sales professional with experience in hunting and exploring new
markets
- willing to learn & grow with an incredible team
- comfortable with very dynamic business environments which change rapidly and
demand resilience and problem solving abilities
- high on ownership - manage all initiatives for timely executio
