Assignment Details

Our client a French multinational company that specializes in digital automation and energy management wants to engage with a Consultant - Office 365 Security & Compliance.
The Consultant shall have the opportunity to help a large global MNC fine tune their O365 environment specifically around security & compliance topics along with DLP policies for Sharepoint Online/OneDrive for Business/Exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant specializing in Office 365 Security & Compliance, you will be responsible for:

1. SharePoint Online Administration: Managing and configuring SharePoint Online environments to ensure security and compliance requirements are met.

2. Exchange Online Administration: Overseeing and maintaining Exchange Online settings, permissions, and security features.

3. O365 DLP (Data Loss Prevention): Implementing and managing Office 365 DLP policies to protect sensitive data.

4. O365 e-Discovery: Conducting e-discovery investigations and managing the legal hold process within Office 365.

5. SPFX/Custom Webpart Deployment: Developing and deploying SPFX and custom webparts to enhance SharePoint Online functionality.

6. Azure Enterprise App Integration: Integrating Azure enterprise applications with Office 365 for enhanced security and productivity.

7. O365 Audit/Usage Stats: Monitoring Office 365 audit logs and usage statistics to identify security threats and optimize resource utilization.

8. SPO Hub Sites: Configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online hub sites for efficient content management.

9. SPO Tenant Level Reporting: Generating and analyzing tenant-level reports in SharePoint Online to ensure compliance and security standards are met.

Skills Required

1. Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Exchange Online administration.
2. In-depth knowledge of Office 365 Security & Compliance features, including DLP and e-discovery.
3. Proficiency in SPFX and custom webpart development.
4. Experience with Azure enterprise app integration.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with O365 audit logs and usage statistics.
7. Ability to configure and manage SharePoint Online hub sites.
8. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
