Assignment Details

Our client, a French multinational electric company is looking for a Consultant - ServiceNow ITOM Developer. The candidate will play the role of the ServiceNow Platform ITOM Developer in the tooling team of the Global service desk organization. This position requires the candidate to be an expert in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables them to work with external development partners and key stakeholders, following best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Join an existing team, working to support a global enterprise application delivering quality solutions.
2. Help define, configure, and develop the IT operation management module.
3. Focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping.
4. Support the run and delivery of HRSM, ITSM, & CSM within the organization's ServiceNow Instance.

Skills Required

1.Should have experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and one other module of ServiceNow
2. CSM, ITSM, or HRSM module of ServiceNow
3. 4 years of working experience in Software Development
