Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading Global Skin Care Brand, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities:
● Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
● Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions..
● Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as
well as trying to predict future trends.
● Developing strategies, managing and analyse marketing campaigns across print,
broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
● Meeting with clients and building partnerships.
● Working with colleagues across multiple departments and organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
● Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
● Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels,
including all online and social media platforms.
● Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as
developing new business opportunities.
● Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product
● Competitor and customer insights analysis.
● Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns.
● Handle external Media relationships, PR and agency relationships.
● Building and maintaining brand advocacy.

Skills Required

- Post Graduate (MBA) with prior experience as Brand Manager for 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge and skill with MS Office tools.
- Adds on experience in working with Beauty, Wellness, FMCG, D2C and Personal care industry.
