Key responsibilities:
1. Build complete content strategy for the Brand.
2. Create original, high engagement and exciting content for all channels like performance, social media, emailers, blogs, website, E-commerce platforms.
3. Develop creative ideas and concepts for blogs, mailers, contests and other regular performances.
4. Understand customer needs through research and develop appropriate content to address the former.
5. Ensure the language is solution driven and based on research.
6. Interact with PR agencies and Publishers for paid as well as earned content
7. Effectively communicate brand story in the PR articles
8. Use SEO principles to increase the copy’s reach.
9. Being accountable for both, the creative performance and quality of writing (including style, tone and accuracy).
10. Continuously innovating as well as tapping the latest content trends.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, BA English, MA English or related field in content strategy.
2. Minimum of 2 years of equivalent and proven work experience as a Content writer or similar role.
3. An enthusiastic storyteller, ready to solves problems with creativity across a multitude of platforms.
4. Strong knowledge and skill with MS Office tools.
5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgement and quantitative skills.
6. Adds on experience in working with Beauty, Wellness, and Personal care industry.
7. Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker
8. Should be comfortable with long and short copy
