Our client, a leading global professional services company is looking for a candidate who can:
- Design communication strategies in line with local and global requirements
- Proactively identify communication and engagement opportunities, making recommendations and developing programs, linking back to the business strategy
- Work with central corporate communications to plan and send related (referred to have Innovation program) communications from time to time
- Create a buzz and drive people to maximize participation in innovation events
- Work with technical/product teams to convert business requirements into simple, easy to understand communication pitches
- Drive awareness of Program to all company staff with clear focus to increase adoption
- Actively support the planning and execution of program related events / speaker sessions / webinars / other events planned
- Coordinate and communicate the results of engagements via written reports and oral presentations to management and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with other verticals/teams for timely execution of program activities
- Create and maintain proper documentation of end-to-end communication activities
- Draft and report out communication metrics to leadership from time to time
- Monitor and improvise the success metrics of communications and other business metrics as intended
- Identify lessons learned and work with relevant stakeholders to address the issues with right communications
- Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be communications processes
- 5-13 years of solid experience in designing corporate communication strategies
- Highly skilled in identifying engagement opportunities, program development and designing communication plans
- Abilities in driving program awareness, coordinating with global stakeholders and program execution
- Skills in developing reports, drafting communication metrics and presenting reports to stakeholders
- Proficiency in evaluating & optimizing communication processes
- Strong knowledge & experience in change management
