Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global management firm is looking to engage with a consultant who is an expert in Casting operations (for long products) in a Steel making shop.

A few key deliverables will include -

- Identify Improvement Areas at Casting operations (for long products)
- Drive Reliability Performance.
- Analyse the existing Manufacturing & Operations strategies, to Identify priority areas for improvement.
- Assess the Casting operations best practices, and determine improvement opportunities
-Improves efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

# The role is based out of Visakhapatnam wherein the consultant will be required to travel on-site for 2-3 days in a week. The project duration is for 1 month.

Skills Required

1. Extensive experience in casting shop across all functions (mechanical, electrical and operations related).
2. Experience in Steel Industry is a must with expertise in Long Products
3. Understanding of digital and analytics will be a plus.
