Our client a Global Investment Management firm is working with a leading Insurance broker to support them in their Performance management system. The company's number of employees have grown from 50 to 250+, and they now require a formal Performance management system. They have thought extensively about how to design such a system and would like to engage a Consultant to collate these thoughts and organize them into a concrete system with well-defined processes.
Key responsibilities:
i) To support in setting up the performance management system, which must have all the usual elements of such a system including but not limited to-
a) A mid-year review process, a year-end review process.
b) An incentive structure for the sales team, automation of data inputs from existing systems, safeguards against the misuse of discretionary powers, and guidelines for who should interview whom.
ii) To design as well as implement the performance management system.
iii) To help develop efficient systems for collection information on performance
ii) Gather and analyze cross-functional performance data
iii) Recommending solutions
iv) Help in designing and reviewing policies related to employee performance
The client would like this new performance management system to be in place in time for the mid-year reviews.
- Minimum of 7+ relevant experience.
- Prior experience in setting up Performance management system.
- Experience in Tech startups with relevant experience will be a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills and Organizational skills
-Sense of urgency and the ability to hit the ground running to execute the project in a speedy manner.
