Assignment Details

Our client is a leading FMCG company, are looking to engage with Wellbeing & Inclusion lead for short term project based in Mumbai

Roles & responsibilities include:

Wellness:
1)Craft & execute the wellbeing strategy for the company
2)Partner with internal teams and report all the physical well-being activities
3)Designing all the central activations and properties, habit change and nutrition programs.
4)Design and deliver programs as per the requirements of the client's HR programs
5)Directly responsible for all activations in the Head office with guidance to all locations.
6)Share best practices across South Asia and consolidate all actions/impact for global reporting for South Asia well being.

Disability:
1)Craft & execute the disability program
2)Responsible for getting employees with disability into direct and indirect workforce for the company - partner with Talent acquisition, accessing talent pool, training and making the right partnership.
3)Ensuring all locations get accessibility requirement
4)Crafting a company strategy in inclusion, learning, talent or culture
5)Ability to design, craft and execute activation in a large scale.

Skills Required

1)Should have keen awareness and interest in Health & Wellbeing
2)Clarity of thought and vision to constantly review the health & wellbeing strategy based on demographics
3)Prior experience in change management
4)Ability to work with the wide range of stakeholders, garner support and sponsorship from them and influence HR and Occupational Health Professionals across locations to deploy the programs.
5)High level of independent working and comfort with working virtually.
6)Ability to conceptualise programs End to End and be able to execute them
7)Ability to multi-task multiple programs, activation and stakeholders
8)Sharp and cutting edge communication skills
