Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with an Accessibility and Wellbeing Consultant, the consultant will work with businesses, organizations, and government agencies to identify gaps in accessibility, develop strategies and plans to improve accessibility at our R&D campuses in Bangalore and Mumbai
Following will be the deliverables :-
- Conduct accessibility assessments: Conduct assessments of physical spaces, digital platforms, and services to identify accessibility gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with DEOC on accessibility certifications.
- Develop and implement wellbeing programs to support the wellbeing of employees including mental health, physical health, and social support programs on site.
- Support in the design and execution of new Inclusion programs and initiatives
- Manage to create and maintain a database of Inclusive hiring candidates for future roles.
- Organize training, sensitization workshops for employees and teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including PWD, NGOs, government bodies for timely support.
- Manage the onboarding when a new candidate (PWD) joins us.
