Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a Brand Executive who can drive brand growth on the respective portfolio and identify trends that will ultimately help those brands grow in India.
Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting the right marketing mix for each market (including pricing, positioning, product & packaging)
- Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of project (including R&D, SC, Finance, CMI)
- Brief and create communication for delivery along with the innovation in each market (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
- Lead 360 degree asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital)
- Defining and implementing Performance Marketing tactics and strategies
- Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering regular cross channel performance reports with actionable insight.
- Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose methodical optimisation tests, both on-site and campaign based
- Find the right opportunities from local/global offerings to launch in India, first through E Com and then across premium MT.
- Activate through digital only comms/ influencer marketing model relevant to size, aspiration.
- Deliver omnichannel marketing to ensure offline & online actions on this portfolio are seamless.
- Master's degree within Marketing or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing or marketing services
- Working with digital marketing teams- media planning skills will be an added advantage
- Data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations
