A leading global FMCG company
Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking to engage with a consultant having expertise in consumer insight for a short-term project in Mumbai.
Ker responsibilities would be :
- Creating holistic briefs by understanding the key R&D questions and translating them into consumer research questions supported with existing information.
- Design consumer researches working with a X functional project team, executing it OR creating rewind documents where the information exists and delivering actionable insights.
- Pro-actively influence product development to embed outputs of consumer and sensory work in product design.
- Co-ordinate with research agencies/ suppliers and internal teams for developing the research design where applicable and satisfactory execution of consumer research work.
- 3-4 years of experience in handling consumer research and working on FMCG category
- High degree of objective analytical ability, ability to draw insights from data
- Consumer empathy – appreciation of consumer behavior
- R&D mindset and inclination to work on open ended projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
- Excellent planning and organization abilities
