A leading global FMCG company
Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a marketing consultant who can help them in their Premium Beauty business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare Purchase Orders in Spend Management Tool
Responsible for overall P2P Operations
Responsible for Examine Contracts / Catalog / Non-Catalog
Prepare tender documentation to release enquiry / solicit bids from relevant Service Providers
Cascading error report / monthly report to the team
Co-ordinating with internal Accounts, Finance and Taxation teams for accounts payable activities
Control spends and build long term savings on procurement costs
Amending Vendor Master details after necessary pre-checks
Time to time review of SOPs for better and Process updates
Please note that this would a 1 year contract.
- Proven expertise in analytical skills and interpretation.
- Strong proficiency in number crunching and MS Office.
- Should be a Critical Thinker to come up with clear trends and correlations based on the data presented.
- Should be able to identify key trends, insights and gaps in raw data.
- Should be able to represent findings with graphs and visualizations for quick comprehension of data.
