Assignment Details

Our client is a leading FMCG company is looking to engage with a Communication Consultant for a short term project based out of Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Website management:
•       Write ups for the News ; features section
•       Updating Corporate information – Source: annual report - need
based
•       Updating Leadership profiles - need based
•       Brands section - to be updated
•       News section
•       Ensure that the India website meets the company website
standards.
•       News; features content to be updated every week.
•       Ensure that content published meets the Crownpeak
guidelines.

Social media:
•       Manage the content (text + design) for company Twitter every day
in consultation with communications manager
•       Repurpose content on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, company
LinkedIn as relevant with support from respective
stakeholders
•       Monitor Twitter handle and share key updates in real-time
•       Keep a track of company mentions multiple times a day and
highlight issues if any
 
Employee engagement:
•       Work on content + design finalisation
•       Support with employee engagement campaigns and townhalls.

Skills Required

- Preferably a graduate in communications with command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills
-. Ability to work independently and creatively find solutions to challenges
- Experience presenting to senior management teams and Boards
- Good networking, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
