Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a brand development lead who can handle their portfolio for South Asia and can be responsible for crafting innovations and communications for the brand in South Asia including strategy, long term innovation roadmaps and communication.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute brand management plans
2. Identify brand-building areas
3. Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
4. Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand
5. Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments
6. Focus on networking with corporates and online groups of interest to generate buzz about the product
7. Assist marketing team with the branding requirements in terms of development, execution and allocation across spaces

Skills Required

- A strong business acumen and capacity for insight and analytics
- An intuition for crafting and a passion for beauty and beauty trends
- A passion for brand development especially in terms of innovation-positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional ‘soft skills’ to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership, especially among our countries; agencies and multifunctional teams
- Extremely high commitment to work with many and different projects
