Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling all social media– growing audience and engagement organically for their brand.
2. Handling the consumer experience pillar of their Direct to Consumer Marketing.
3. Leading Beauty Tech across platforms.
4. Plan and implement the marketing communication mix across all channels
5. Use consumer insights in terms of media consumption and online behavior.
6. Maintain all the company's social accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
7. Be the voice of the brand through social platforms.
8. Ensure active listening online and recommend strategies based on current trends
9. Create lead generation online via groups
10. Network via online sites for publicity and branding
11. Web content, blogs, newsletters, videos, and any special projects. Have an overarching view on the content that goes on Social Media.
1. Digital marketing, SEO/SEM.
2. Prior experience in the beauty/personal space is a must.
3. Be able to work independently as well as a team and community member.
4. Be able to multitask and prioritize work schedules.
5. Extensive experience in running and maintaining professional blogs.
6. Organic marketing experience with working knowledge of content management systems and search engines.
7. Excellent communication and writing skills.
