Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking to engage with a Digital Anchor for their Digital transformation team with a good balance of operational and strategic knowledge.

Specific tasks that the individual will anchor are –

- Enterprise digital anchor – oversight on different digital projects running across ecosystems (consumer, customer, operations)
- IT/ Digital conduit – single window for IT and business interactions to ensure governance around systems / processes are maintained
- Reporting – working with media / CMI / brand / CD to create a single reporting architecture for digital actions
- Understanding of different business architecture to create synergies across the systems
- Consumer data – holding enterprise consumer data to translate brand JTBDs to consumer facing actions

Note: This is a 1-year contract and full time engagement. Also, the project will be remote for now, but might be asked to move to Mumbai HO once COVID situation is better.

Skills Required

- Experience in digital and IT – understanding of how digital operates.
- Understanding of metrics to monitor / track in digital ecosystem.
- Experience in start up / new age companies.
- Experience of maintaining balance between operational and Strategic knowledge.
