Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking to engage with a Program Manager.

The deliverables include:

1. Help define strategy and roadmap and present Program strategies to senior management.
2. Own E2E Technical Delivery & Program Management of Product/Analytics solutions over Cloud platform.
3. Participates in Design Reviews & Technical Meetings as required to review solutions.
4. Conducts planning workshops, Owns the Technical delivery & communication plan.
5. Works with Global Product Owners, Project Managers & Functional teams on demand planning/forecasting.
6. Liaison with other Functional teams to align the Technical Program delivery plan.
7. Liaison with Scrum masters to make sure Sprint activities & Releases are delivered as per Program plan.
8. Ensure rightful deliverables from consultants/Managers during development as per scope & standards.
9. Set-up and facilitate & Maintain weekly RAID Program log for Programs handled.
10. Lead Operational & Tactical Program review meetings with Functional & Leadership teams as required.
11. Adhere to agile delivery methodology and facilitate teams for fostering Agile adoption.
12. Guide delivery team on processes and direct to right people for issue resolutions when needed.
13. Drive regular Program Risk Management Sessions & help escalate long standing risks & issues.
14. Owns end to end Service readiness, Release Management process and DevOps service Management
15. Facilitate landscape/environments provisioning & maintenance to aid NPD efforts (from start to launch & PGLS)
