Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking for an HR Assistant/Coordinator. The incumbent will be a part of the HR team supporting the HRBP for HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities:
• End to end Contingent Workforce (contract employees) management
• Monthly processing of sales incentives for employees
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless recruitment
• Coordinate with support functions for budget approvals, data requests, etc
• HR spoc for new joiner assimilation into the business
• Create and maintain employee data, trackers etc. and share it with stakeholders as per request
• Create vendor requests, raise Purchase Orders and ensure timely payments to vendors and partners
• Arrangement and support for trainings and meetings
• Assist with general employee requests, letters, data requests, approvals, etc
• Provide general support to HR team and perform other duties as assigned or required
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a Human Resource operations support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Excellent attention to detail, rigour and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis
- Flexibility to support the team to cater to a diverse set of stakeholders
