Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Consultant- HR Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition landscape within Unilever, including recruitment metrics, trends, and challenges.
2. Design and implement effective reporting solutions using Workday's reporting and analytics capabilities to provide meaningful insights into talent acquisition activities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Recruitment, and IT, to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
4. Create and deliver regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Conduct in-depth analysis of talent acquisition data to identify areas for improvement, measure recruitment effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
6. Monitor and track recruitment performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
7. Identify trends and patterns in talent acquisition data to proactively address recruitment challenges and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition analytics, and apply that knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.
9. Collaborate with the Workday team to ensure accurate data collection, system integrations, and compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
10. Provide training and support to HR and Recruitment teams on Workday reporting tools and data analysis techniques.

Skills Required

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience working with Workday reporting and analytics tools, including Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create insightful dashboards and reports.
5. Solid understanding of talent acquisition processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Experience working with large datasets and using data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within established deadlines.
10. Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR analytics is highly desirable.
