Our client, a leading global FMCG firm has onboarded a Team Assistant to support seniors in Home Care Marketing team based out of Mumbai HO location.
Key Responsibilities include:
1) diary management, managing competing priorities,
2) screening, redirecting and responding to mail, as appropriate,
3) typing of general correspondence emails and reports,
4) preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and materials for meetings,
5) organisation of international and local travel, including preparation of itineraries, visa,
6) organising local and international meetings, making best use of technologies available,
7) pro-actively tackling issues related to administrative processes to ensure speed and efficiency,
8) co-ordinating and tracking expenses for Management and team. This role requires proven experience as an Administrator / Personal Assistant .
- Good communication skills
- Critically, the jobholder must be well organised, able to prioritise tasks .
- The job holder must be comfortable working in a virtual environment.
