A Leading Consulting Firm
Our client, a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Consultant from the Auto OEM industry or Tyre industry to drive Sales for their auto client
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct a diagnosis of the current customer group, sales and distribution channels in terms of performance as well as strength of the systems/processes
2. Basis this, identify opportunities for the client to consider to drive performance (growth, market share expansion). Determine the ways to leverage this and build strategies to drive execution
3. Implement best practices into the system and suggest process improvement initiatives for an overall increase in efficiency
4. Work closely with the client team and stakeholders de-bottleneck any challenges
5. Identify, appoint, develop and manage network of channel partners like distributors/ transporters or local after-sales service resources
Note: This project will require mix of onsite and remote support in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
1. Hands on experience in the Auto and/or Tyre Industry is a must
2. Should have prior experience in sale of heavy commercial vehicles or tyres or services associated with the same
3. Stakeholder management
4. Extensive experience in Sales and Distribution domain is necessary
5. Understanding of Tamil Nadu and/or Karnataka market
