Assignment Details

Our client, a leading multinational automotive corporation is investing meaningfully in its India's Technology Centre and is ramping up hiring. While the talent acquisition process is streamlined, the HR leadership is looking for a consultant who understands the Tech Hiring landscape currently to work with them on critical analytics and assessing talent access strategies. The project will involve but not be restricted to:

- Driving critical analytics around hiring e.g. looking at data and metrics to see what channels are working better for different skill sets/levels
- Synthesizing the data and developing dashboards for leadership to review
- Helping map the internal skill requirements to whats out there in the market (an external market view)
- Being a sounding board and problem-solving with the leadership team on new strategies that could be tried
- Work closely with recruiting leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem solving
- Support TA leadership on developing analytics capability and translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative
- Have subject matter expertise on technology talent acquisition, data and analytics
- Overseeing select strategic initiatives being implemented in the HR space

Skills Required

- Knowledge of Tech hiring either as a consultant or as leader building his/her team is a must
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building high quality dashboards and synthesized end products
- Advanced MS Excel (QUERY, pivot tables, macros, visualisations) experience
- Capable and confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in in a fast-paced, high volume environment with changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
