Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food production company is looking to engage with a Consultant.
The Consultant will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities
1. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to
company personnel.
2. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
3. Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

Duration - 3 months (extendable)
Capacity- Full time /Part time
Location - Arunachal Pradesh (Must be available to work onsite as and when required)

Skills Required

- 10 to 12 years of HR experience
- Candidates should be from Manufacturing Industry
- Implementing a company’s compensation program
- Creating and maintaining job descriptions, HRIS etc.
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
- Performing benefits administration
- Maintaining affirmative action programs
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of the Factories Act.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
- Great verbal and written communications skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of software.
