A leading food and beverages company
Our client is a leading food and beverages company. They are looking to engage with a Brand Specialist to drive their initiatives.
The Brand specialist will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Brand Management
a. Develop and execute marketing interventions for the brand on digital & e-comm
platforms
b. Partner with creative agencies, research and media partners to create & execute
integrated marketing plans
c. Propose, analyze & summarize consumer & shopper research to drive
insights
(2) Online Sales
a. Drive sales on eCommerce & D2C platforms by working closely with the
relevant teams
b. Ensure content optimization to enhance consumer experience and user interface
on digital platforms. Lead performance marketing – search & display to
achieve business objectives
(3) After Sales Experience
a. Develop and own a robust after sales set up to ensure a delightful consumer
experience
b. Manage third party vendors (helpline and on ground technicians) with clearly
defined SLAs
c. Work closely with Consumer Engagement Services to define and ensure SOPs
for engaging with consumers at all touch points, building brand love and advocacy
(4) App Management
a. Leverage app to enhance user experience and drive engagement
b. Work closely with agency partners and IT team to ensure maintenance and
up gradation of features
Note: The project will require a mix of On Site (2 days a week) and Remote support in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) for a duration of 11 months.
1. Prior experience of working with a top tier FMCG firm in Brand
Specialist/Management role is a must
2. An MBA from Tier 1 Institute would be an added advantage
3. Experience in Brand Execution / Marketing execution is a must.
4. Strong research and analytical skills
5. Ability to think creatively and innovatively
6. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
7. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
