A leading FMCG
Our client, a leading Food and Beverages Organisation is looking to engage with a senior expert who can help them identify best practices in and drive innovation in the Diversity and Inclusion practices in the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
1. Identify and help the organisation understand what leading companies are doing on the Diversity & Inclusion front globally
2. Help identify and assess new technologies and tools being leveraged by best-practice organisations to improve D&I practices and outcomes
3. Problem solve with senior HR and business leadership to design a framework and roadmap for a strong Diversity & Inclusion strategy for the next 3-5 years
4. Identify critical new policies needed and review the existing workplace policies and procedures to identify which ones need to be updated
5. Define the 3-5 transformative initiatives the client should focus on and develop a high-level implementation plan
6. Help think through the right metrics to track performance on the D&I front
This is a 2 months project requiring a part time capacity with both on-site and remote support
1. Proven expert in the Diversity and Inclusion space, with experience in leading D&I initiatives in global organisations
2. Understanding of global best practices in the D&I space
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Must have a good understanding of technology and system implementation
