Our client, a leading FMCG company is looking to engage with a Category Finance Analyst who can perform the following responsibilities:
- Working closely with cross-country and cross-functional teams to analyze financial & non-financial data sets to bring out the right insights on growth and margin hotspots to the business
- Tracking and analyzing monthly actuals vs forecast for category spends
- Running governance and ensuring tight control on category spends vs. budget
- Preparation of monthly financial performance packs along with key insights to be circulated to local and global leadership
- Assisting the team in preparation of business cases for the category (innovations/expansions/new pack launches etc.)
- Assisting the team in post launch evaluation of agreed & signed off business cases
- Preparation of replacement margin statements
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Ability to multi-task and deliver timely output
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
