Assignment Details

Our client is a leading FMCG firm. They are looking to engage with an R&D consultant who can support the Virtual Product Simulationtion team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administering the model /tool onboarding backlog register
2. Managing project documentation ( e.g. model onboarding documents) and
ensuring this collateral is stored appropriately.
3. Liaising with IT and support teams and notifying users as appropriate
4. Administering and communicating release cycles, including ensuring the backlog
of system, enhancements are kept up to date.
5. Documenting Activation team best practices and ensuring this document
collateral is stored and made accessible as required.
6. Managing new user requests
7. Resolving basic requests from users, and building a repository of ‘Frequently
Asked Questions’ and their solutions
9. Coordinating training sessions/training content with the Change Transformation
team
10. Assisting Activation team members in creating wireframe documents and other
presentation materials.

Note: This project is based out in Bangalore and will require a mix of onsite and
remote support for 6 months.

Skills Required

1. Working knowledge of IT: in managing digital tools
2. Working knowledge in scientific areas like chemistry, physics or engineering
3. Ability to work in an agile way
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and partners
5. Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams across
geographies
6. Flexibility to respond to fast-changing requirements
7. Creative thinker with an attention to detail
8. Fluent in written and spoken English
