Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a consultant who can help assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
2. Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
3. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
4. Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
5. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
6. Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
7. Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Skills Required

- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
