Assignment Details

Our client is one of the top leading FMCG firm and they are a Junior Project Coordinator. Client want someone who has experience coordinating with marketing, sales, finance and communications teams.

Key Deliverables:-
1. Identify key resources and provide the direction for meeting the project objectives
2. Manage project schedule, task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software
3. Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
4. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
5. Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project

Location:- Delhi
Capacity:- Full-time
Duration: 6 months (Extendable, contingent on performance)

Skills Required

The candidate must have:
1. 1-4 years of experience in marketing or sales in the FMCG industry.
2. Ability to deliver things with a time constraint/ under time pressure
3. Good stakeholder management and networking skills
4. An eye for detail and design/aesthetics
5. Concept development, familiarity with packaging development process and brief writing
6. Good Written and Oral communication Skills.
