Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a consultant who can provide them with tech solutions to convert the offline data they collect at their retail outlets through their beauty advisors into online data so that it can be further simplified and analyzed- and thus, provide meaningful insights about the consumer behavior.
Key responsibilities:
1. Capture the raw offline data that's been collected at their various retail outlets
2. Analyze that data and provide key recommendations based on the insights obtained after the data conversion
2. Recommend opportunity areas by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses e.g., cross selling products/services
3. Develop the algorithms needed to derive the data and analytics output - ability to get hands-on and into the code will be a plus
5. Work with the growth and strategy teams to apply these learning into customer strategies.

The project will be based entirely in Mumbai and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant.

Skills Required

Skills:
1. Ability to apply advanced analytics algorithms on raw data and find out insights
2. Ability to problem solve with senior stakeholders and present articulately
3. Preferable if the resource has some experience in the Retail sector
4. Techno-managerial profile with experience in project management and leadership
