Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG Firm is looking for an HR Consultant to lead their Management Trainee Programme. The Consultant will be working under the Employer Brand Team to ensure smooth running and completion of this programme.
The Management Trainee Programme selects students from India’s top B-Schools who go through rotational stints over a 15 months period and traverse the length and breadth of the business with hands on experience and exciting projects and continuous support from the best leaders of the country.

Deliverables include:
1. End-to-end ownership of the Management Trainee Programme.
2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the organization on including Management Committee members and Leadership Team members.
3. Management Trainee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding to confirmation (permanent role post training period)- coaching, mentoring and support. The logistical requirements of the programme will be taken care by another junior member in the consultant’s team.
4. Strategizing and representing the programme both internally and externally.

Please note that this is a year long project and the person will have to based in Mumbai during this duration.
