Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a Strategic consultant having expertise in Strategy, Consulting or Organization Design.

Roles and Responsibilities -

-The Project focuses on carving out an Organization-wide strategy for a Future-oriented and forward-looking initiative.
- It would involve interaction with global stakeholders on a day-to-day
basis and working directly with a very Senior Leader in the organization.
- Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
- Presenting results to client management and implementing recommendations in collaboration with client team members
- Coordinating project and progress including tracking metrics, analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership

NOTE : The project will be based in Mumbai and will require a full time, on-site support from the consultant for a duration of 6 months.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in the field of Strategy, Consulting or Organization Design
- Good communication skills
- Business analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
