Assignment Details

Our client a leading FMCG company is looking for an HR Analyst Contractor to be associated with their P&O (HR) Team. The key attributes they are looking for in someone who can manage but are not limited to:

Broad nature of work

1. Ability to help us in Merit calculation (onetime annual exercise)
2. Raising PRs/POs as required
3. Possibly managing escalations for medical insurance
4. Analytics on contractor utilization

Skills Required

Requirements – Essential
Can work with excel / Analytical ability
Can make basic ppts
