Our client a leading FMCG company is looking for a Consultant to work as an Administration executive.
Responsibilities:
1. Exercise independent judgment, escalating serious or unique problems to higher levels
2. Independently provide high quality support that anticipates the needs of the Exec team
3. Manage multiple complex calendars and scheduling of key team and individual meetings
4. Partnering with the Exec Assistant and leadership team to coordinate logistics and presentations for meetings
5. Project a professional and supportive image to all parties in the screening of telephone calls and greeting guests
6. Prioritize people and situations in need of attention
7. Ability to assist with the coordination of events at onsite or offsite venues
1. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work with little or no supervision, with a track record that demonstrates exceptional achievement
2. 3-4 years of experience in Admin related work at an operational level.
