Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for an independent consultant, who can deliver the following responsibilities:-
1) Analyze and conceptualize the customer and the product proposition for digital partnership
2) Translating digital partnership into end-to-end seamless tech-integrated journey
3) Working in close association with key stakeholders like Data science & Tech
4) Take responsibility for ultimately responsible for integration, implementation, testing and finally going live with the journey, thereby completing partnership onboarding.
5) Identifying solving for issues at all stages of the disbursal funnel, thereby ensuring optimized performance for the partnership direct business impact.

Qualitative responsibiltites
1) Review and approve all integration requirements, journey design and ensure timely error-free go live
2) Drive continuous monitoring of systems of existing integrated systems to ensure proactive addressal of issues
3) Lead in creation of solutions particularly focusing on digital lending in a partnership framework – continuously engage with Partner Tech & Ops teams
4) To create process documents, lead execution of operational processes and liaise with multiple internal departments to get the partner products live
5) To act as a program manager and get all stakeholders on-board and aligned towards common objective
6) To understand funnel analytics for various partnership products and improve funnel approval rates for better profitability
7) Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy
8) Track developments in respective markets and provide feedback to the management team.
