Assignment Details

Our client, a leading financial services firm is looking for a Business Development Lead to drive B2B Business Development in their lending business.

The Business Development role for Partnerships is responsible for ensuring growth and enrichment of existing partnerships as well as acquiring new partnerships in order to meet the strategic goals of Digital MSME lending as a business.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage and grow alliance partner relationships to meet Digital Lending business goals
• Set goals & conduct reviews to ensure partnership objectives are met
• Review health of the portfolio on a continuous basis.
• Ensure quality acquisition
• Have a business sense of identifying early warnings and take suitable action in
a timely manner
• Ensure deepening of relationships through superior service delivery, use of
data and technology, focusing on building the right infrastructure, and nurturing
talent
• Ensure that the client becomes a significant player in this space and captures a
large market share
• Ensure that the partnership is profitable by focusing on efficiency, cost of
acquisition and quality of customers
2. Coordinate processes to ensure efficient operations of all teams
• maintain effective controls to minimize operational risk
• Ensure all processes are streamlined
• Establish best practices in managing the relationship
• Ensure adherence to all organizational policies, guidelines
• Ensure audit observations, if any, are addressed

Skills Required

- Prior experience in Digital Lending business
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Identify and work with partner organizations to deliver world class products,
customer service and support, effectively strengthen partner relationships
